1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Customized Kits — No Returns or Refunds
Football kits customized with a name, number, player name, player number, or other personalized details are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because personalized products are made specifically according to the customer's request, we cannot accept returns simply because the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong name or number, or no longer wants the item.
Please carefully check your customization details before completing your order.
If we make an error in the customization that differs from the details you submitted at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as FootballMadness cannot be responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

We may offer exchanges for eligible non-customized products, subject to availability.
Customized kits with names or numbers cannot be exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the customization was incorrectly produced by us.

Customized kits may enter production shortly after the order is placed. Once customization has begun, the order cannot be cancelled except where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, sale or promotional items are subject to the same return conditions described in this policy.
Customized sale items remain non-refundable and non-returnable, subject to applicable consumer rights.
