At FootballMadness, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Customized football kits with names and/or numbers may require additional processing time because they need to be personalized before shipment.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and do not include the processing time.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, we will provide the tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Some international shipments may have limited tracking information depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of FootballMadness's control.

These may include:

  • Customs delays

  • Postal or carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs inspections

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

FootballMadness cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country's authorities.

FootballMadness does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

  • Your household members

  • Neighbors

  • Your building's reception or mail area

  • The local delivery carrier

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging.

Contact us at footballmadnesskits@gmail.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A description of the damage

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

9. Customized Orders

Football kits customized with a name and/or number may require additional processing time.

Please make sure all customization information is correct before placing your order.

Customized products are made according to the details provided by the customer and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the exceptions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
